 Our online training program provides a holistic approach to health and wellness tailored to fit your unique lifestyle. This isn't a one-size-fits-all solution. You'll learn how to integrate healthy habits into your daily routine, with gradual steps in nutrition and exercise. Health goes beyond working out; our approach encompasses mental health, nutrition coaching, exercise, habit change, and overcoming personal obstacles. Join us to transform your well-being in a comprehensive and sustainable way! 

Here's how it works:  

  • Submit Form 

    • You will receive an intake form where you will list your goals, your current exercise routine, injuries, etc. I will access where to begin our ground work based on this intake form.  

  • Introductory Week

    • ​Once you submit your intake form, I will have you perform 3 simple workouts based on the major movement patterns and
    • will provide feedback on your form. I will determine on how to program your workouts based on your videos. 
  •  Start your program! 

 

What's Included: 

  • Individualized program based on equipment availability and goals 

  • Check-ins via chat feature in Everfit App (included with membership) 

  • Mental Health check-ins including weekly stress levels on a scale of 1-10, challenges, major life changes, relationships,  etc. We have a holistic approach to health and wellness. 

  • Goal setting and habit coaching 

  • Nutrition Coaching

    • 4 month breakdown on education of macro nutrients. 

      • Month 1 will focus on general habits. I’ll have you complete a 5 day food journal so I can see your current habits, including nutrition, exercise, sleep, water intake, stress levels, etc. From there we will begin establishing general habits and build upon each habit

      • Month 2-4 will focus on macronutrients. We will dedicate each month to teaching you about protein, fats, and carbs.

      • *Note that this is a general blueprint. Everyone has different needs and we will adjust accordingly

    • How to stay on track while dining out 

    • Complementary nutrition guide

    • Meal planning
